ORDINANCE NO. 2012-1

TITLE: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TOWN OF MOUNTAIN VIEW FISCAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2011

WHEREAS, on December 20, 2010, the Town Council adopted Ordinance No. 2010- 12, which adopted a budget for the 2011 fiscal year; and

WHEREAS, it is necessary to adopt an Amended 2011 Budget to reflect adjustments in programmed expenditures.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF MOUNTAIN VIEW, COLORADO, ORDAINS THAT:

Section 1. The 2011 Budget of the Town of Mountain View is hereby amended, and the amounts as indicated are hereby appropriated for expenditure in 2011 for the purposes so stated. A copy of the 2011 Budget, as amended, is attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Section 2. Severability. If any clause, sentence, paragraph, or part of this Ordinance or the application thereof to any person or circumstances shall for any reason be adjudged by a court of competent jurisdiction invalid, such judgment shall not affect application to other persons or circumstances.

Section 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective ten (10) days after passage.
