At 7:45 PM, Councilmember Mitcham made the motion and Councilmember Steen seconded a motion to enter in to Executive Session pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(b) to discuss the following legal matter: the general legal requirements under the Colorado Open Meetings Law. The motion passed.

Mayor Levy and all Councilmembers were present, as was Town Attorney Evin King.

At 7:59 PM, Councilmember Bailey moved, and Councilmember Ellsworth seconded a motion to adjourn the meeting and return to the Regular Meeting. The motion passed.
