The Mountain View Town Hall is open Monday-Thursday, from 9:00am to 5:00pm for in-person payments, or click here to pay with a credit card. The Town Hall is closed on Fridays.
Municipal Court check-in starts at 1:00pm for arraignments scheduled for 1:00pm, 2:00pm, and 3:00pm.
Trials are scheduled to begin at 4:00pm.

Hon. Michelle R. Kline, Presiding Judge
Judge Kline was appointed as the Presiding Judge for the Town of Mountain View in March 2021. At the time of her appointment, the judge served as a part time magistrate for Denver County Court and a municipal judge for multiple Colorado municipalities, including but not limited to Brighton, Erie, Fort Collins, Keenesburg, and Commerce City.
Judge Kline has considerable experience in municipal law, including serving as the Assistant City Attorney/Municipal Prosecutor for Thornton, Colorado and as the Assistant City Attorney/Municipal Prosecutor for the Lakewood, Colorado Attorney’s Office. She has also been an adjunct criminal justice instructor and an Arapahoe County District Court law clerk.
Judge Kline is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, The Adams County Bar Association, and the Colorado Municipal Judges Association.
