PUBLIC PARTICIPATION IN TOWN COUNCIL MEETINGS
The Town of Mountain View’s public meetings are now being held in person. There are a couple of ways for you to participate and share your comments:
1. Provide comment in advance by emailing the Town Clerk Margy Greer, via [email protected] or mailing/hand delivering written comments to the Town Clerk at 4176 Benton Street (office hours are Mon.-Thurs. 9am-5pm). Comments must be received by noon on the Wednesday prior to the Monday Night Council Meeting for inclusion in this meeting’s packet. Please note that all comments become public record, including names and contact information.
2. Attend the meeting in person and provide comment during the public comment portion of the meeting. You may also listen to the meeting later by requesting a recording. Requests can be sent/emailed to the Town Clerk, at the above addresses.
