NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Town Council of the Town of Mountain View, Colorado, is holding a public hearing on

ORDINANCE NO. 2022-02-28B, AN ORDINANCE REPEALING AND REENACTING CHAPTER 8 OF THE MOUNTAIN VIEW MUNICIPAL CODE AND ADOPTING BY REFERENCE THE 2020 MODEL TRAFFIC CODE

on March 21, 2022 at 6:30pm, at the regular Town Council Meeting being held virtually via ZOOM.

Pursuant to Title 31, Article 16, Part 2, C.R.S., the Town is proposing adopting by reference the 2020 edition of the Model Traffic Code for Colorado, promulgated and published as such by the Colorado Department of Transportation, Safety and Traffic Engineering Branch, 4201 East Arkansas Avenue, EP 700, Denver, Colorado 80222, as modified herein. Three (3) copies of the Model Traffic Code adopted herein are now filed in the office of the Town Clerk and may be inspected during regular business hours.

Copies of the above Ordinance and the 2020 Model Traffic Code are available in the Town Clerk’s Office, Mountain View Town Hall, 4176 Benton Street, Mountain View, CO and are open to public inspection between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm, Monday-Thursday.
